How can I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Just navigate our website, inumeow.com and select your desired products, and proceed through the checkout process. No account creation is required.

Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery option is available all over India with free shipping.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Typically, it takes 5-7 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times may vary depending on the product and shipping location due to demand.


Is shipping really FREE?

Absolutely, shipping is FREE across India.

 

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Yes, all customers will receive a confirmation mail and message on your Whatsapp/SMS after placing their orders. If you don't receive one within 12 hours, please contact us. 


Do you provide refunds or returns if I encounter any issues with the product?

Yes, we offer a simple 7-day return and refund policy. All the items should be in perfect condition while returning. All the bills, tags, boxes must be kept intact. 

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

We have a next day dispatch policy, so all orders are allocated the tracking numbers within 24 hours to 48 hours. After receiving the tracking number, we will send all the details to your Whatsapp (if available) / SMS and Email. Otherwise, you can track the order details directly from home page of the store. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Whatsapp (if available) / SMS and Email. Track your order using this number on our "Track Order" page. For further assistance, reach out to our support team.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, you can change the shipping address before your gets shipped. It is difficult yo change the address in middle of the delivery. So, please double-check your address during checkout

Is Online Payment available?

Yes. We accept all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Buy Now and Pay Later etc. Cash on Delivery (COD) option is also available for most locations.

Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

Yes, all purchases made on our site are safe and secure. We don't store any of your payment details.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email using your order number at salesandsupport@inumeow.com. Kindly note, contact us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order. Orders can't be cancelled on the day of out for delivery.
